Now the most important point. In the seven days that you will lose weight, you will have severe vitamin and mineral deficiencies. If you decide to start things up tomorrow, start taking your multivitamin in the morning. Of course, in a week, something is unlikely to happen to your balance of essential substances in the body, but you should not play it safely.
